Each time you get shot takes away like 1/5 of your health (no shields on Perfect Agent). Attack Ship, at least on Perfect Agent, is some bullshit. Crash Site is just a huge sprawling mess and the objectives aren't too fun. Worst level - Either Crash Site: Confrontation or Attack Ship: Covert Assault. Honorable mentions: Air Base: Espionage and Air Force One: Antiterrorism. The music, ambiance and layout of this level (along with the multiple ways of completing each objective) are really awesome.

The outside fighting areas plus the stealth sections and the all-out battle sections make this a really awesome mission.Ĭhicago is a close second. Also, depending on how you escape the facility (if you let Johnathon take the UFO and escape on foot yourself) you can have Johnathon protecting the outside of Carrington's office during the Institute mission while you destroy the files with the laser. Save the technician by knocking him out to get his key card? He opens a door in the next level for you which leads you up to find a Phoenix (which is an Easter egg referencing the bonus mission that takes place on this same was left there by Elvis when he made the distress call). Additionally, what you do in one level affects the next. And I really like how much the objectives change how you proceed through the level based on difficulty. The whole level is huge and has tons of paths and little nooks and areas.
Breaking into Area 51, discovering aliens, awesome guns, tons of hidden secrets and easter eggs. Best level - The Area 51 3 part mission (technically 3 levels, but it's one "mission").
